At Pocketfind (RF) Pty Ltd, trading as Supanect, our role is to provide a secure platform that connects customers with service providers and facilitates payments. We do not hold funds or act as a custodian of customer balances. Refunds are therefore governed by the service provider’s own policies, with Supanect assisting in secure processing.
1. Scope of Refunds
Refunds apply only to transactions made through Supanect between a customer and a service provider.
Supanect does not override service provider policies but ensures refund requests are processed securely.
2. Eligibility
Customers may request a refund if:
The service provider cancels or fails to deliver the booked service.
A duplicate or erroneous charge occurs.
The service provider’s published refund policy allows cancellation.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 business days of the original transaction.
3. Processing
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refunds cannot be transferred to other users or credited to the Supanect wallet.
Processing times vary by bank or payment provider but typically take 5–10 business days.
4. Supanect Wallet
The Supanect wallet is a spend‑tracking tool only. When making a payment, our booking cart will direct you to the wallet where our third Party Payment Platform will prompt for payment. The wallet records transactions done on our platform but does not hold funds or enable peer‑to‑peer transfers.
Refunds are not credited to the wallet; they are processed directly through the payment gateway and bank settlement.
5. How to Request a Refund
Customers can contact us directly to request a refund. If unresolved, Supanect support can assist in facilitating the refund process.
